Helios, the manufacturing and trading company composed of several smaller companies with different programs, was established in 1924. This company manufactures several types of coatings and resins and is located in Slovenia. It is the largest manufacturer in this industry in central Europe.

The majority of Helios products are exported to global markets. These products include automotive paints, wood, decorative and industrial coatings, and several types of resins. Production of automotive refinishing paints goes back to over 40 years ago in Helios and now it is producing these paints with the Mobihel brand name.

Based on a contract signed in November 2001, Yashm is the exclusive representative of Helios and has distribution right of Mobihel paints in Iran.
